Zep has done my Christmas lights for 3 years. The lights are installed, removed, and stored by Zep. I love this hassle-free arrangement. Any burned-outs are replaced and the lights are handled within the time frame I agreed on. They are beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great job, Zep!
This review is long overdue. My back and front yard were completed by Zep Construction last July. Prior to the work, my yard was weeds, mud, and had a dead tree stump. When it rained, the water would flow towards the house because it wasn’t graded properly. For shade, I had a tarp sunshade attached to the house. It was a mess!The Zep Construction team transformed it. I now have dog friendly astroturf in the front yard. The tree stump is gone and the backyard is graded where I had no issues with water during any of the snow or storms last Fall or Winter. They put in concrete for a patio and astroturf in the back. Then they installed a gazebo to replace the tarp. I have 3 dogs and it is a dream to pick up after them. They love to sit out on the turf to bake in the sun.I am insanely happy with the work provided by Zep Construction! I plan on using them again for future projects.
These guys are very knowledgeable about their line of work. We asked for a driveway extension. They knew how to better treat the downspout that would be affected by the extension, they were careful with the sprinklers and even tested them after doing their work to make sure everything was working well before they left. He's a general contractor and even fixes vinyl fences, so we went ahead and had them fix a messed up gate from a previous contractor who disappeared after doing his shoddy work. They're very responsive via text and phone number and won't leave you hanging. There was a small issue creating a lip as a barrier between our property and the neighbor's property, but they fixed the issue with no push back. We will definitely be using Zep Construction for future projects. Their pricing was competitive and fair.
