Our complete renovation of our master bath and kitchen – down to the studs – update of the powder room and repainting the entire house with CMCS was great! The team is very professional and knowledgeable. The subs and on-site crew paid close attention to detail and were respectful of our home as we lived on the second floor throughout the process. Joe, our project manager, was fabulous! He kept us informed and worked diligently to keep our project moving on schedule even when we may changes. *Extensive* home re-build challenge accepted and met! We purchased a "fixer upper" in Hilton Head, SC, intending to raise the 2nd floor and re-do the kitchen etc. Ended up tearing it down once we saw some of the damage from water, termites, etc, and re-building on the existing footprint from the foundation up. This project had quite a few challenges relating to approvals, vendors, and us being very particular about the outcome both in quality and appearance. Throughout it all the CMCS team was extremely collaborative and open with information with which we could decide the various construction and design options to take. It is clear they take great pride in the quality of the work and the satisfaction of the customer. We pushed the envelope with some of the things we asked for, and the outcome is nothing short of a showstopper! Now that it's "done" we keep looking around and wondering if we should do it again on another property with CMCS.

We highly recommend CMCS for all construction needs. We chose them to remodel our new home because we were very pleased with the work CMCS did on our previous home. So we didn’t consider any other company.

This time it was a major renovation to bring our 80’s house to 2025. It was like building a new home. We had to move out since every room was renovated. Walls were moved. Foundation was repaired. Structural beams were replaced. And a fabulous outdoor space was created.

This company always has great suggestions while creating a design and making selections. Besides years of experience the company has a high level of integrity. And since we weren’t there we trusted them to make the day to day decisions along the way. They are familiar with the building requirements from the Town of Hilton Head as well as our HOA (Sea Pines). And interfaced directly with them.

The supervisor assigned to our job, Joe, spent countless hours with us. Joe scheduled the work so it kept moving throughout the process. He stayed on top of the subcontractors assigned to be sure the work was done timely and correctly. And he kept us informed verbally and through text and photos.

After the project started we added to the scope. There were also problems uncovered that had to be fixed. Even with the changes, additional work, and repairs, the project was completed below the original budget and completed early. We are very pleased with the results. It looks like a new home.

CMCS added a room to the back of our house. Joe Sanders was our project supervisor. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and the people he sent to work here. Joe contacted us or came to the site daily to update us on who was coming and what work was going to be done. Any issues we had, which were few, were addresses immediately. We fully trusted Joe and his contractors. There was barely a day, if at all, that someone wasn't here working throughout the 6-8 week project. Joe is truly the kind of contractor you want doing your construction work. He is the kindest, most respectful, trustworthy contractor I've ever worked with. He is also a great individual. I would highly recommend Joe and CMCS Construction to do any remodels, additions, new builds, etc. It was a seem less process for us. I would be happy to talk to anyone and/or show them our project.
