Platinum performed an RFP waterproofing application on my building, and the results have been excellent. I had been dealing with water intrusion issues for years, and since they completed the work in my area, I haven't had any water coming into my unit.Thankfully, they finished just before the rainy season. For the first time in over a decade, I can sleep well and leave town without worrying about water damage.Their project manager was professional, communicative, and took the time to explain the process throughout the project. I'm very grateful for the quality of their work and would highly recommend PSR.

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with as owner. I highly recommend never using this company. Constant delays on projects, constant adjustments on projected competition dates, constant skeleton crew on duty, constant increases on "costs", etc etc etc. This company should be ashamed of themselves for the work ethic and lack of accountability they have towards their duties. If you're looking for constant dissatisfaction and minimal satisfaction, this is your company. Disgusting this company is still able to operate and be in business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all cost!
