Great quality work. All of our flooring was replaced along with a back door and shower door. Reasonable price. Work was done fast and done right. Would highly recommend Fabian and his crew to anyone wanting various construction projects done. We will definitely be coming back to him for future projects on our house.
We are so grateful to have had Fabian and the team from Kaimi Construction work on our home! This wasn’t a small or easy job, as they upgraded everything in our house from the floor to the ceiling (literally!). They completed full remodels of two bathrooms, built a custom walk-in closet, replaced 2600 sq. ft of flooring, updated countertops and cabinets, removed the popcorn ceiling, plus every other side job in between.Fabian was so kind and so patient with our never ending changes. He was trustworthy, offered very fair pricing, and was so easy to work with. We absolutely recommend him for any of your home’s needs!!
After not having much luck finding a contractor that would respond, I found a business card for Kaimi Construction and gave Fabian a call. He came out the same day after returning my call to conduct an estimate to construct a 22’x12’ concrete parking stall and a 25’x4’ sidewalk. Their estimate was competitive and within my budget. Fabian and his crew were very professional, on time, very polite and you could tell by their work ethic that delivering a quality product was a high priority. Fabian listened to my requirements and was able to walk me through what materials would be used and the work they would be performing to ensure quality control. They kept the job site clean after each day and went out of their way to conduct a final job site cleaning resulting from concrete residue. I would highly recommend Kaimi Construction and will reach out to them again for my next project.
I hired Kaimi Construction to install a 11X13 concrete slab with stamp and stain. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Even though it rained all day during the pour, they managed to finish the project on time as promised. My 83 year old dad said, “I’ve seen some (concrete) pours in my time but I’ve never seen guys spend so much attention to detail as these guys. I hired Kaimiconstructionhawaii on a recommendation and I am so thankful that I did!! Fabian and his team were so professional and did such a wonderful job installing our floor, building our new stairs, and and cutting/installing the molding.
