I had an Incredibly Wonderful experience with Dalinghaus! After consulting with several foundation specialists, I decided to hire Dalinghaus Construction for spall repair. Their project specialist Phil Laney came out the next day (due to a cancellation). To start, he holds engineering degrees and has decades of experience in his field. His expertise is invaluable. He spent over an hour inspecting my property evaluating every discernible condition. He gave me a quote on the spot which was very fair and they were able to start within the week. The job was completed, most expeditiously, within the designated time frame and with great care to detail. Every single person involved with the project from Phil, foremen Dillan and Koehn and all the other workers were courteous, professional, diligent and worked tirelessly to finish the job in a timely manner. Each one’s expertise was extraordinary. It was a tough job on a precipitous hillside with very poor access and yet, they got it done on time, in a thoroughly precise manner and for a better than competitive fee. Want to give a shout out to Zae, Leslie and Gail at the front office who answer first ring, reliably convey any questions I have, can answer many because they are so well informed and are Always patient and polite. I love this entire group for their dedication to excellent professional service, wide and Great expertise in foundation repair, expedience, exceptional and HONEST pricing and Amazing Customer Care. They remind me of how things used to be run, should be run, when people cared about what they were doing and had pride in it. Matt and Dillon and the whole Dalinghaus crew did a fantastic job on my foundation. They went above and beyond, putting long hours everyday. The superintendent James is a foundation magician. Okay I have to start by saying | was an absolute wreck dealing with foundation issues on my new home... Sleepless nights. A dodgy company trying sell me much more than I needed.In comes Tom from Dalinghaus... what an absolute stand up guy. He was honest, took the time needed to really get yo the bottom of what needed to be done. And ultimately their bid was half what the other company suggested I do.Today I finally had the work done and can exhale.Steve and his crew were total pros and very kind and empathetic to my needs. Would highly recommend this company for any foundation repairs.
We had an amazing experience from the moment we received a visit from Brian; he was very knowledgeable and explained the process well. We had to add 4 helical piles installed to the back of our home. When it came down to the work load; Dillon, Mark, and Julian were great. They were on time and kept me updated regularly. I would strongly recommend them if you’re looking for this typer of work done.
Dillon, Julian and Jesse were great to my tenant. This company has been wonderful to work with along with Joe. Joe has been there for quite a few projects and to give some really good advice on buildings we manage. We are getting a huge project underway and the crew did great work.
