The crew that did the work were prompt and stayed late to finish the job. They made sure the sidewalks and patio were pressure washed cleaned before they left.

Coleton was very, polite, professional, and assessed the rest of our house in addition to the front archway. The archway is where the repair work was needed.
He promptly provided us with two quote options.
After making our decision, Travis from operations contacted me with scheduling the repairs. He was able to get our repairs scheduled very quickly.
I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that came out to complete the work, but just like Travis and Coleton, he was very prompt, professional, and polite. He did an outstanding job completing the repairs, cleaned up very nicely.
From start to finish everything was handled well and very smoothly. The price was very fair and the quality of work was exceptional.

Brick Restoration did a great job of matching my old brick and repairing about a 12" x 16" hole in the exterior wall of my house. They provided an estimate in advance and scheduled the work within a couple of days after approval of the estimate. I was very pleased with the work. We had Brick Restoration fix the brick arches in the living room that had large cracks as well as remove the wood from the mantle to restore it back to just brick. We had concerns that the mortar color and bricks would not match because this is an old house and the previous owners that had it repaired used someone that did not do a good job matching the mortar so it was very obvious that it was a bad repair. Brick Restoration came and replaced the bricks with matching ones that they sourced, custom color matched the mortar. And now it looks like the original and they blended it in seamlessly well that you can't tell there was any repairs done. I was very happy with the quality of their work. If you are looking for top quality repairs, I would highly recommend them.
