Had a first rate experience with Karasek getting our patio done. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and the entire crew was a pleasure to work with.

What customers say
Customers praise the quality of completed work and describe the crew as professional and pleasant to work with. One customer also valued the crew's respectful manner, tidy clean-up and final check. A contrasting account described repeated extensions to promised start dates and no update calls, and said the delays meant contracts for materials, door installation, roofing and helpers would have to be cancelled.

If I could put a negative star I would. They sent out a salesman with a promise to do the work in 1.5 to 2 months tops, in June 2019. After 2 months later they promised me 1 more month they could do the job. After one more month they promised me 2 more weeks the could do the job. After 3 more weeks they promised me 2 more week definitely do the job. Not once did they call me with any information I had to pursue them, sometimes over and over until they returned my call. I now have to cancel all my contracts for materials, door installation, roofing, and helpers to do the remaining work. Thanks but no thanks. They can not be trusted with what they say.
