I have been wanting to replace my driveway for quite some time now and it was pretty late in the season. I asked several people for recommendations of concrete contractors but struck out on companies that do the smaller residential jobs. So I went to Google and picked out 3 contractors for an estimate. In the past, I have had mixed results picking contractors to do work for me so I was a little apprehensive in picking someone I felt would do a good job at a fair price.
When I called Steve for an estimate, I was greeted with a friendly voice eager to listen to me. We agreed on a time to meet for the estimate which he was here right on time. That impressed me!
We talked while he took the measurements and said he would email the estimate to me. The estimate was very close to the other two so I felt he was giving me a fair price. AND he could do it this year!
Steve kept in constant contact with me through Texts and responded right away when I asked him a question. I'm impressed
When the weather finally broke, Steve and his crew started right away in the morning sharp. One day to demo and form up the drive and when the rain stopped, one day to lay the cement.

UPDATE
It's been less than 3 years since my dream driveway was done and much to my disappointment, my driveway is developing huge cracks and chipping out where is meets the house. The last 2 Spring thaws have greeted me with 2 large cracks and the first 2 cracks developed a few months after it was poured. I don't know who to blame. Faulty Concrete mix or faulty workmanship.
Very disappointed.

Steve Nieboer and his team did a beautiful job updating the look of our home. They removed an old, outdated backyard patio and two large sidewalks and replaced with all new concrete.

Their work looks perfect! They were very professional and respectful throughout the entire process and completed their work on time and within budget.

We can't wait to finish our landscaping now that this huge home project is complete!!

Niebor Concrete did an excellent job on my back patio. We had some leakage on our old patio. We called to set up an appointment with Steve. He came in and walked through the different options we had. We asked him to not only tear up the old patio and replace it, but we wanted a little bigger space.

Steve had very reasonable prices and was very professional. When my wife had a small last minute request, Steve was very willing to accommodate her design. So grateful to find a reliable, professional, and capable concrete company.

I would strongly recommend Niebor Construction to anyone. A+ rating from me. And if I need any more concrete needs, I will be calling Niebor Construction again.

We hired Niebor Concrete to install a patio and redo some sidewalks and garage apron. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations! The crew was efficient, tidy, thorough and worked liked a well oiled machine. You can see the pride they take in their workmanship.
