Our neighborhood couldn’t be more grateful to Abraham and the entire team at Loyalty Masonry for their exceptional craftsmanship and dedication on a critical infrastructure project.

The south retaining wall near our community bridge had significantly deteriorated over the years. Large portions of the stone façade had collapsed or crumbled, and the erosion beneath was becoming a growing concern. While technically non-load-bearing, this wall plays a vital role in retaining the earth that supports our bridge. Without timely intervention, the risk to the surrounding area was increasing.

After receiving bids from three reputable contractors, the Oak Hill Lake Estates Board voted unanimously to move forward with Loyalty Masonry. Abraham stood out immediately for his professionalism, transparency, and willingness to work with us on flexible terms.

Once on site, it quickly became clear the project was more complex than expected. The decayed wall section was so unstable that it disintegrated upon contact. Rather than patching it together, Abraham and his crew took the time to rebuild the wall from the center outward, carefully reconstructing approximately 12 feet of stonework with incredible attention to detail. The work required skilled labor and thoughtful adaptation—yet the crew remained efficient, completing the job in just four days with a team of six.

They didn’t just repair the wall—they restored its structural integrity and aesthetic beauty. Tuckpointing, leveling, and anchoring the stones with precision, they delivered a result that blends seamlessly with the original architecture and enhances the entire spillway area. The “after” images speak for themselves—what was once a neglected, crumbling wall is now a strong, clean, and beautifully restored feature of our neighborhood.

Abraham was communicative throughout the process, walking the site with me personally to ensure every detail met our expectations.

I own a raised ranch and for ten years I struggled with my front porch, steps, and brick facade sliding away from my foundation and sinking.
