I had a great experience working with Stillo. The owner, Leo, was a true gentleman—professional, respectful, and reliable. He met with me before the project to carefully review the issues, explain the options, and discuss what needed to be done. He was friendly, responsive, and gave me a strong sense of trust from the beginning. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jose Damian, the project manager. He was truly excellent to work with—professional, honest, calm, respectful, and very supportive throughout the project. He communicated clearly, followed up on details, and always made us feel that our concerns were being taken seriously. His attitude, patience, and level of care made a big difference, and I really appreciated how committed he was to making sure the work was done properly. Finally, I want to thank Hector, who managed the final phase of the project with great patience and flexibility. He listened carefully to our concerns, especially during the cosmetic finishing stage, and made sure our needs and expectations were supported. I have a very positive experience with Stillo Construction. They are very professional and efficient. I had very good communication with Leo for the plan of stucco repair, the cost estimates and the project time frame. They did excellent job, covered the pathway with plywood, removed debris everyday and finished the exterior paint with high quality. I highly recommend Stillo for stucco repair and will certainly consult Leo if there is any stucco repair for our house.

Very happy with the maintenance work Stillo did on our stucco. Very professional, efficient and thorough work. Also, deeply impressed with the major stucco work they did for our neighbor, to remediate the many mistakes of a less qualified and less ethical competitor. Stillo is known as the best for a reason. What can I say. Amazing experience. From the initial meetings with Leo, to working quickly to develop an estimate. Signing the contract, following a schedule, following a budget, providing exceptional work. Completing ahead of schedule. Fantastic workers that kept a clean job site daily. Provided all the scaffolding, equipment, materials etc. if I could rate and 11 out of 10; they would get this rating.
