ARG Contracting

I recently had the main floor of my home renovated, including the kitchen and a half bath, by ARG Contracting, and they were fantastic. From the very beginning, Adam was great about communicating and keeping me informed every step of the way. He helped me develop a design plan and even recommended a number of features that really improved the final result. Adam, Dan, and the entire team made the renovation process smooth and hassle-free. They maintained an incredibly clean work site throughout the project, were always available to answer any questions, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. The quality of the renovation is top-notch, with every detail handled meticulously. I highly recommend ARG Contracting for anyone considering a home renovation.

Just finished a basement reno with ARG. The quality of the work is top-tier and the finished space looks exactly how we envisioned it. Adam was incredibly easy to work with, professional, and chill throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Our journey with ARG began after one of the most terrifying events of our lives. Our family woke to discover our home was on fire, and while we were incredibly grateful to escape safely, we lost our home in an instant. What followed was an overwhelming and emotional process — from demolishing what remained of our house to navigating a complex and exhausting insurance rebuild. From day one, Adam, Dan, and the entire ARG team showed up with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. They didn’t just build us a house — they helped rebuild our sense of security and hope. They went to bat for us with our insurance company, helped problem-solve every obstacle, and made us feel genuinely supported through every high and low. ARG brings together an exceptional team — from draftspeople and designers to skilled trades — ensuring every detail is handled with care. Nothing is overlooked, and the result is a home that feels truly custom and perfectly suited to our family. Throughout the entire process, ARG brought clarity, clear communication, and an incredible level of craftsmanship. Today, we are living in a home that is more beautiful than we ever imagined — so amazing it still doesn’t feel real that we get to call it our home. We are beyond grateful to Adam, Dan, and the entire ARG team. If you’re looking for a construction team that truly shows up for their clients — especially during life’s hardest moments — we cannot recommend ARG highly enough.

After losing our lovely home in the McDougall Creek wildfire, we chose ARG to help us move on with our lives and rebuild our forever home. The outstanding construction team guided us through the project from beginning to end. From Mandy helping us with details of our destroyed home for our insurance providers to Corinne guiding us through the plans for our new home, and Adam coming to bat for us with the insurance company, we felt supported by good people throughout the difficult and emotional process. The staff and contractors on the job were all professional, courteous and available to chat and explain the processes they were attending to on the construction. We found the quality throughout to be exceptional. Dan was especially helpful as he oversaw our rebuild with attention to detail, positive interactions and timely responses to our questions and requests. Adam, Dan and their team did a great job from beginning to the end of our rebuild. We absolutely love our beautiful new home and are grateful to ARG for bringing our vision to life!! We highly recommend ARG for any of your construction projects. Don and Gail Jones

We had an excellent experience working with the whole team at ARG. The team was professional, reliable, and delivered high-quality work from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything was completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled contracting company.

The team at ARG Contracting delivers exceptional results from start to finish. Their workmanship consistently exceeds industry standards for both quality and energy performance, setting a benchmark in the Kelowna area. What truly sets ARG apart is their professionalism and communication — they keep every detail clear, on time, and well-coordinated throughout the process. ARG has built a strong network of trades and consultants, and it shows in the caliber of homes they produce. Every project reflects careful planning, expert execution, and a genuine commitment to excellence. If you’re looking for a contractor who values integrity, energy efficiency, and client satisfaction, ARG Contracting is a top choice.

ARG Contracting recently completed a substantial renovation of our home that included a kitchen, 1 half bath, 2 full baths, a stairwell, and new flooring, doors, baseboard, paint, lighting, electrical, and millwork throughout the home. The renovation commenced in April of 2024 and was substantially complete by mid-July, which is fairly remarkable considering we didn't even have finalized design drawings in hand until the second week of May. During the renovation, we visited the home frequently to check on the work, we found the personnel working for ARG Contracting (and their subcontractors) to be very pleasant and professional, answering any questions we had, always maintaining a clean work site, and being respectful of our community and neighbours. As the work was reaching substantial completion, ARG Contracting, especially Dan, exerted considerable effort in making sure everything was absolutely perfect. From a cost perspective, we ended up exactly where we expected to be. We found ARG Contracting to be competitive in their pricing and communicative when it came to making any decisions that would have impacted cost or schedule. We would encourage anyone considering renovations or a new home build to reach out to Adam, his passion for customer service during our introductory meeting is what ultimately convinced us to go with ARG Contracting, and this same passion remained present throughout construction. Honorable mention for Dan who did an amazing job coordinating all the trades, holding them accountable, checking their work, and personally taking care of so many details to ensure that the work was completed to virtual perfection. ARG Contracting will be back this fall to complete a master bath renovation project for us. Thanks Adam and Dan!
