Working with Don and his crew were great. They were fast and efficient and did a great job
Kevin and crew did a fantastic job ripping out our old concrete patio and pouring a new stamped concrete patio which we extended out 7 feet past our old one. Attention to detail, great communication, reliable and quality work.
Don was eager to make the sale with the initial estimate, but came up with erroneous information for a change order (price increase) when work began. When I pointed out that the info was incorrect, all Don wanted to do was argue. After a lot of back and forth and eventually going to the county permit office to get info proving that what Don was telling me was not true, he back-pedaled and agreed to perform the work for the original estimate.Unfortunately, after work completed, the new driveway they poured was not symmetrical, had crooked control joints and generally looks terrible. They also left damage to my existing driveway and refused to fix the damage or address the poor work.To make matters worse, they did not pass the county inspection because they didn't wait for the inspector before pouring the footers (even when they knew he was scheduled to come). Between poor workmanship, terrible customer service, and not being able to pass inspection, I would highly encourage anyone to steer clear of this contractor.
I have used A2 Carved n Stone for a variety of concrete and landscaping needs - their backhoe work is like artistry! Though my time with them goes back many years now, I only call when I need something, and they are quick to respond. Recently, they came and poured new footers for my new deck, and they were very affordable, quick, and helpful to me. They helped bore out the precisely marked columns I needed, then poured it. Inspections were a breeze. I could not recommend any company more than I do A2 Carved n Stone - they are the ONLY ones I will call for my concrete needs, or driveway help.
