FCO used a subcontractor for our build out that we hired them to do. The sub installed an HVAC unit in a space that can't be serviced even to change a filter. Spent over a year and a half trying to get either FCO or Subcontractor to make it right by adding an access panel. Sub kept telling us on multiple occasions they would come out in a couple weeks and every time would not show up. Have refused to respond to any more attempts to get them out. Have incurred further water damage from the inability to access the unit. Multiple HVAC companies have refused to work on unit because the way it was installed. This is just one of many issues we had with this company. Would highly recommend finding another contractor for any build out needs as they do not hold any subcontractors accountable or look to make it right themselves.

Was able to ask a couple of questions from something I was looking to do with residential. Maria was able to answer all my questions when I called earlier around 4 o'clock. Staff is super on the ball and can be really informative. Appreciate the information that was given and hope this company continues to grow!
