Contractor was fair, reasonable and competent. I had reviewed other bid offers but made the right choice with a best value and professional service.
TH Stone Solutions took down the chimney on my house to grade and patched the stucco exterior wall where the chimney was. They also fixed some cracks in the existing stucco. The work was booked in December for a spring start and was slightly delayed due to weather (out of their control) and I was kept up-to-date. They showed up on time and completed the work for the quoted price. Happy with the job they did.
I hired T.H. Stone Solutions to do significant foundation repair work and was assured the work would be done thoroughly, as discussed, and the final bill would not exceed the quote unless it was communicated clearly first that additional work/cost was required and I provided consent. None of this proved true. It was an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience working with them, and I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.
Needed some brick masonry repointing and re-parging of my foundation. They came and did the work cleanly and promptly, very happy with the work.
I'm extremely happy with the repair of my brick chimney. The owner and chief mason Tom, is very approachable and clearly explains his intended work with a fair and accurate cost estimate in a timely fashion. He then does the job, efficiently and professionally with a great looking result.
