If we ever have any other concrete work, Enrique is our first call!We reached out to Enrique after fighting with a previous concrete company which poured a patio that was unusable to us for the intended purpose of holding a hot tub and pergola. Although we ultimately had to remove the prior work at extra cost, this put us in a great position to see how impressive Enrique was with his demeanor and work ethic. He answered all of our exhaustively once-bitten-twice-shy questions patiently and spent as much time as we needed to hash out patio designs and make a decision moving forward.When the work day came around, Enrique himself was on-site the entire time overseeing everything and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Since he was removing the old patio and pouring a new one he gave us a break on the price of demo / removal which we very much appreciated and the end result is a night and day difference. The patio correctly slopes away from the house then has a near-flat section for the hot tub before sloping again for water flow. The difference is just a few degrees and unnoticeable just looking at it but the drainage is excellent and the hot tub water is near level. Enrique also added an extra layer of rebar underneath where we had the hot tub planned.Now that we've been using the patio for a few months there's been no settling or cracking. We're extremely happy with the work! As we've learned, it can be hard to find dependable people who do quality work. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Enrique! Thanks, Enrique!
Enrique and his crew are true professionals. The job was started on time as promised and was better than I expected. After the job was complete, the area was cleaned up. Henry was very responsive and professional in helping me get a driveway removed and replaced. He was to take a very disgruntled customer and make him very happy with the replacement driveway. Very fairly priced for the amount of work involved. I will be reaching and using these guys again for any future concrete needs.
Enrique and his team at Prime Construction Concrete were exactly what our project needed. As part of his Eagle Scout project, my son constructed a large ADA accessibility ramp at the Hays CISD Clothes Closet and Food Bank. The scouts were able to build the wooden forms and shovel in road base gravel, but none of us had any idea about concrete pouring and finishing. And because it was on school grounds, the finishing job needed to be professional.After getting ghosted by multiple local concrete companies, Enrique answered my call and personally visited the job site the very next day. He assembled his crew, ordered the concrete truck, and scheduled our job within a week.We absolutely could not be happier with their customer service, timeliness, responsiveness, and especially the end result.
