After a few bad experiences with concrete contractors in the past, we were naturally skeptical when it came time to fix the cracks in our patio and pool deck. Thankfully, our experience with CTI of Acadiana couldn’t have been more different—in the best possible way.We spoke with several contractors. Some said the only solution was to tear everything out and repour, while others overpromised just to win the job. Ron, on the other hand, was refreshingly honest and realistic. He offered a creative solution we hadn’t considered—incorporating the existing cracks into the design.The crew that came out was professional, safety-conscious, and hardworking. It was clear they cared about doing quality work specifically for us, which is something you don’t see often. The final result exceeded our expectations. What was once a cracked slab is now a beautifully refreshed space, thanks to their acrylic carving technique.It’s been about a month since the project was completed, and it still looks fantastic. If I remember, I’ll post a follow-up review in a couple of years to speak to how it’s holding up. But for now, my wife and I are beyond happy with the results. Ron was upfront about what to expect long-term, and we truly appreciate the honesty, care, and craftsmanship from CTI of Acadiana.
