Contacted this company for work. Took time to respond back and then no contact for 4 days. Randomly showed up at the house with no warning and didn't even bother to speak to anybody there. Terrible customer service
Honest, hardworking guy. Fair price, and does everything by the book. Great communication. I worked with him on a complete rebuild of our back porch. Thomas did the block work and I (homeowner) did the carpentry. Thomas blocked in our basement doors, made new porch pillars, and poured a footer for the stairs. He was extremely flexible working around my schedule - even though it was a holiday weekend. Glowing 5 star review.
Tom and crew did an amazing job replacing our back steps. The wooden steps we previously had were rotting and falling apart, and I was concerned they wouldn’t make it through the winter. I contacted Platform Masonry and within just a couple weeks, had beautiful new brick and stone steps. I can’t say enough about how easy and pleasant the whole experience was - from initial quote to final installation. Thanks again!
It was a pleasure to work with Platform Masonry on the rebuild of our front porch. Our original project was a nightmare, we had hired another contractor to do the rebuild and the final work was horrible. Platform Masonry stepped in and exceeded our expectations in the rebuild. Our beautiful new front porch speaks for the skill of these men and the love they have for their trade.The customer service and work ethic was of the highest quality. The company sent a representative to our house with samples a brick and mortar that we could choose. They were very organized and detailed orientated with their paperwork. Platform Masonry did all the leg work required of them by the city so they could complete our project. They were also in constant communication with us by email, phone, and text.Everyone at Platform Masonry was respectful of our property. They were also respectful of our time by being onsite when they said they would be, and by finishing the project in a timely manner.
I can’t say enough about Platform Masonry,LLC.Tom and his crew rebuilt an entire wall in our garage with accuracy, efficiency and courtesy in a timely manner. It was cold too! Such hard workers.Several months later we needed extensive chimney work done and bricks replaced in a few areas of our home’s exterior.The chimney work is perfect - and was done on one of the hottest days of the year, again, with excellence .
