If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Tyler and Todd did my whole home renovation, with a complete kitchen gut. From beginning to end, they were upfront, realistic, honest, kind, efficient, knowledgeable and incredibly hard working. As a person with no prior experience with renovations, I was feeling very overwhelmed by the process but they were able to explain everything clearly and help me to make the best decisions for my budget and desires. Their professionalism was apparent from beginning to end and I was able to trust them explicitly to help make decisions that were in my best interest. Can’t say enough good things about TYTO Construction. We started with a large renovation which involved, new flooring; hardwood, tile, carpet on two levels, two complete bathrooms remodels and a facelift for another. Custom built ins for an office and great room which included a fireplace facelift. Using reclaimed fir that we had on hand, Tyler created a custom desk and shelving for a home office for my husband. He created the most amazing final touches which included helmet stands and ‘wrench’ holders to mount a vintage bike on the wall. The creativity and craftsmanship is outstanding.From start to finish they are one of the best companies I’ve worked with in any industry. Professional, organized, helpful, honest and efficient. They ensure everything is done properly and to a very high standard. Scheduling and communication were excellent.I will never use anyone else moving forward. In fact I had some custom shelving/displays created for my business and again the project was a great experience.Thank you Tyler and Todd for the amazing work you do!
Tyto Construction and Management Co has just completed a major design/renovation in our home and we couldn't be happier. Todd, Tyler and crew definitely went above and beyond our expeditions and kept us in the loop throughout all phases of the project. They were very professional to work with and were responsive to our requests. The team was very knowledgeable and it showed in their excellent craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Tyler and Todd if you are looking for a renovation for your home. They communicated very well throughout the whole process, the quote was accurate and the work was completed on time and perfectly! We are over the moon happy with our bathroom renovation and the other smaller projects they did for us. These guys are trustworthy and honest, I had no problem leaving them at my home working while I was out. They cleaned up ever night before they left so the construction mess was kept to a minimum (much appreciated!) If you are looking for a construction team make sure you give these guys a call, they will come by and give you a quote and Tyler had some amazing ideas for our project that I would have never thought of, so his knowledge is a real asset.
