Recently did work on a friend’s garage, the door is completely non functional. They were quick to respond initially, came and looked at it, said they’d be back to fix the installation issue, and then failed to respond beyond that day. Unfortunate way to handle an issue. A simple call to schedule or respond to missed calls would be appreciated.
Had Mr. Banner come out to convert our 1 car garage to a 2 car garage. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. However, after a few months, the door began to sag in the middle to the point that the motor actually bent the door. We got back into contact with Mr Banner about it, and he came out to inspect the door, but was an hour late to his own appointment he made. We concluded it was an issue with the installation, and he said he would be in touch swiftly to rectify the issue, but has since ghosted us. We've tried numerous phone calls and emails, to no avail.
DO NOT HIRE. Do not hire this company to do any work for you. They will take your money and not finish the job they were hired to do. That’s what happened to us. Andrew from Banners Construction will lie to you over and over and over again. He took almost 50k from us to build a small sunroom. That was last October and he never came back to finish it. It is now almost May of the next year and it is still not finished. They have no contact numbers to get a hold of him. I have talked to his contractors and he hired them to do jobs and never paid them either. He tells you he will be there a certain day and never shows up and when you try to get ahold of him he never responds. This guy would rip off his mother. Now I’m left with a room that is not even useable. The room sat all winter with no siding on it too. He lies all the time about why he can’t finish the work. I have not heard from him in weeks now so I guess I am to assume he has no plans to finish his work that he was paid for. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this con man.
I needed my chimney rebuilt and am very happy with the job done. Communication was easy and the project was completed in good time. A quote was easy to get and the work was well priced. I highly recommend them for any home construction needs!
Banner's Construction did an incredible job finishing my unfinished basement from scratch. From the first time I reached out, they were responsive, professional, and fairly priced-- even giving me multiple estimates to make sure the balance between budget and product was just right. Their crew had great communication about when they'd be arriving/leaving each day, which helped me manage my pets. Their conscientiousness and attention to detail really stood out-- every time I had a question or noticed an issue, they had already noted it and had a plan ready to go. They found creative solutions to maximize weird-shaped spaces. And of course, the end result is fantastic! I added tons of square footage of living space that looks just as inviting and professional as the rest of the home. I'll absolutely be calling them again for the next project!
