Spartan Concrete Services placed a 30'x14' concrete pad outside our basement walkout and under our newly built deck. There was challenging terrain that did not allow for materials to easily be moved or concrete truck access. Spartan was courteous and conscious of the existing turf and worked with me to best approach the project with the least impact to my existing yard. They were also very respectful of impacting the use of the street outside our home for our neighbors. The workers were friendly, hard working, and cleaned up at completion. We were very happy with the workmanship. The tooled joints and brush finish look great. The owner, Will, was honest and, he took the time to make sure everything was right as we expected. Price was great too. When we have to replace our driveway and walk in the next 5-10 years we will use Spartan and not even get quotes from anyone else. Perfect job!
