Victor does the best work I've ever seen. The best. Much pride in his work! He removed an unwanted window, walled in the opening and seamlessly finished over it perfectly. He corrected work of the recent window replacement contractor, example shown in attached photos before and after. Then cleaned up the area with care when finished. Who could ask for more!

Victor did our entire home with repairs to stucco cracks, tiles that needed replaced and new cement in between all the tires in our three turrets. We had a window removed and the wall closed. Perfect work. Victor is a perfectionist and wants the end product to be perfect! I highly recommend him, and I would have him back for any other jobs we need.

Did an outstanding job repairing our front entranceway. Professional. Will use them, again. And we did! December 2025. We hired this stucco repair professional to re-stucco our home, and the quality of his work was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his trade. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. The new stucco blends seamlessly with the existing structure, the finish is clean and uniform, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the project. He took the time to properly prep the surfaces, explained the process, and ensured everything was done correctly rather than cutting corners. He maintained a clean and organized work area and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. The final result significantly improved both the appearance and value of our home. We are extremely satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of high-quality stucco repair or replacement.

I hired Mr Esquivel to repair interior and exterior work on my three car garage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The quality of their craftsmanship was exceptional — every detail was handled with care, and the final outcome exceeded expectations. They communicated clearly every step of the way. It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers both top-notch work and outstanding service, but they nailed it on both fronts. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!
