Super happy with how this turned out!I needed a pad to build a 12x16 shed on.Melino was great to work with and got this on the schedule quickly. He came out and gave a quote on Tuesday, I gave the go-ahead on Friday, and the whole thing was poured on Monday!All around fantastic and responsive
Melino has been a great help! He mostly does cement but is quite a handyman too! He did a great job with the cement work for our new driveway! We love it! He put in a French drain and fixed it so the rain water will not come in the garage any more with the way he poured the driveway. We had him pour new stairs on the side and back of the house along with a new cement back patio and partial walkway. The whole walkway didn’t need to be replaced and he didn’t recommend that, which saved us money. He fixed the basement drain by the back man door which works great now. He is also quite a handyman he fixed a weight bearing wood column that had rotted out and made the other columns all look much better and match. He put in a new frame for our garage man door as the old wood was rotting out. And he just got done putting in a new front door for us! He is honest and very reasonable with his pricing. The bid on our driveway he gave us was much less than the 2 other companies we had bid and so we could afford the 2 sets of stairs and the back patio. We are so glad he found us!
