My neighbour hired Creativeman for a side walk way. They completely destroyed my property and the grade of my property to gain access to the walkway. They showed little to no respect for anything other than making easy work. Clean up was little to non existent. Screws, Cigarette butts, chunks of concrete, pieces of wood all left behind. I didn’t even hire this crew, but have to clean the mess they left, and correct the grade to allow water to flow away from our houses. I’m not saying don’t hire them, but you might have to babysit them.

First impressions, I’m happy with the concrete footpath down the side of our property. However the site clean up I feel could have been far better. The front yard was left in rough condition. They also encroached on my neighbour’s property line, when driving their equipment. I also felt turf damage could have been minimised by simply putting some boards down. Cigarette butts also found after work completed. In summary, product is good. But poor workmanship in the clean up and respecting working on peoples propert.

Great experience with Mike and his crew. Very accommodating and patient. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and he had great ideas for our vision to become reality. They also answered all of our many questions. I waited a winter before leaving a review to see how it held up and aside from the expected cracks (nicely along the relief lines) it is great! We are in LOVE with our patio!

Had a complete back yard redo. The team came out and poured colored and stamped concrete, a brushed concrete walkway and landscape rock with a flower bed. We are beyond happy with the work hat was done and would have them back again if we ever need. Great job guys!

I and my neighbor have hired Mike and his team for new side by side driveways. This company did a very poor quality job, poor workmanship, and took no responsibility for the bad result. The two driveways were installed in September 2021 and by March 2022 one driveway lifted and cracked in half for half the length and the topping on both driveways have completely crumbled. His work on these driveways is a total embarrassment. Mike was called back to explain and his blame was on "salt and frost damage". I have ensured him that that was not the case, as we were extremally cautions and gentle with both driveways for the first winter, we did not use any de-icing salts and cars were rarely left on the driveways. He kept on going to blame the "city road salts" which sounded ridiculous. There were other driveways installed on our street at the same time by different contractor and those were perfectly intact by spring!!! He did offer to resurface both driveways and after being called numerous times, he ended up only PATCHING my neighbor's driveway in summer of 2022 and never returned to do mine. His lack of care to follow through to "resurface" my side ended up to be a good thing for me because, unfortunately my neighbor's side now is more damaged than before and all the patching came off extending the original damage even further!! Just like my neighbor's review: "Because of the owner's inexplicable abandonment of any responsibility towards good workmanship, I can not recommend this company to anyone. If you are involved with this company, I can only recommend you run far away, very fast."
