My insurance company sent this firm to conduct an inspection following water damage. They were late arriving, and I had to dry out my walls myself because they didn't provide an expert assessment. I ended up doing too much rather than too little due to the lack of professional advice, and I'm still plastering and repainting holes, which might not even have been necessary!When the assessor finally arrived, I had been ventilating everywhere for two days, and the assessment was practically worthless.Despite this delay, the company charged me for an "emergency service." An emergency service for a visit on a Thursday late afternoon for damage that occurred on Saturday at noon, with initial contact on Monday. Furthermore, they sent me the invoice on Friday, November 14th, with a due date of November 14th! The same day the invoice was issued. Result: I received alerts from the company on November 15th and 17th stating that my invoice payment was late. A tactic as aggressive as it is aggressive!
