Dan did a great job on my home ! Dan & his help were quick & efficient, & came out right away when we needed him as promised!! I would highly recommend him for any concrete repair or replacement !
We hired Kadavy to replace our foundation after he gave a decent price and a 3 week time frame from start to finish. The owner and his day laborers were inconsistent at best with their actual time on the job. When asked why supplies weren't at our house yet, the owner would explain how he used our money to finish up his other jobs. After 3 months of having our home and yard tore up we fired him. It cost over 20K to repair some of the damage they did in those 3 months. When we refused to pay him any more money he sued us and lost. We won our counter suit of roughly 14K and have not seen a dime of it and it's been approximately a year since we won. The suit is public record for anyone wanting proof.
Did not finish the job. Has left the building half torn apart for almost a year. Has no plans to come and finish the job, and told us he used the money we gave him for our job on other jobs. The pictures below is how he left the job. DO NOT HIRE HIM!
