I wish I could leave a 0 star review. We signed an agreement for a 3-day project at the beginning of July and only had workers onsite completing a small portion of work for two days - and one employee left for several hours. Nicholas Kadavy (owner) started refusing to answer our calls and we even gave him multiple chances to come back and clean up the mess left on site and complete the work amounting to the massive deposit we put down. He has no integrity and will NOT complete the work as described.He is quick to cash a check, but don’t expect timely work or a quality finished project.Mortar was left all over the property. Our sidewalk finish is damaged. An expansion joint was filled that should not have been and damaged the finish on our patio, and just overall sloppy work that could have easily been completed but was not. Now we are out thousands and have to pay someone else to fix his work and clean up his mess.
Nicholas provided a fast and reasonable bid. He was able to start the job sooner than expected. He and his crew disassembled and rebuilt cracked brick and mortar areas of planters/retaining walls and some other cracked areas on our house exterior. He provided a good warranty on his work as well.
Nick and his crew did an excellent job at our home. They did rebuild, tuckpointing, and installed glass block windows. They did a great job at the agreed price with no problems.I would use them again. Thanks Nick.
Had a couple bricks knocked loose from the snow blower on a corner by the garage. The guys did a great job patching it up and getting it to look "normal"! Cleaned everything up after they were done as well. All done for a reasonable cost. Thank you guys!
Nicholas gave me an estimate on some brick repair at an apartment building I was doing some roof and gutter contracting at. We went with him because he appeared to be more knowledgeable and experienced than the other guys who came out. He did some replacement on one building and tuckpointing on another. He was also the only contractor that was able to find a match for the particular brick on these buildings. He had the work done within a week, and was very professional and communicative through out the process. I’ll be reaching out to him again in the future if any of clients need brick work in addition to their roof or gutters.
