It was a pleasure working with S&S for our driveway project. Every step of the process was a good experience. They were very knowledgeable and made suggestions to insure a great finished product. When it came time to complete the project, the crew showed up when they said they would and got right to work. The job was completed in the time frame they said and the job site was left looking better than when they arrived. I would not hesitate to use them for any future projects.
Chris and his crew were great to work with! They were on time, professional, friendly and got the job done BEAUTIFULLY! They extended my backyard patio, and additional concrete work and it turned out so good! Deff recommend 10/10 ??
Had a patio replaced in April. Very large tree roots under the old one. Concrete is satisfactory but the repair and clean up is not. They left a huge tree root at the edge of the patio and also gaps filled with rocks on the sides of yard. Concrete spilled on street and left. Called twice. Told they did not take out roots unless under pad. Then just did not call me back. Had to hire root removal at additional expense. Would not recommend because of way they left the yard surrounding the patio.
With past contractors I was unable to post a positive review, however S & S Concrete Inc they exceeded my expectations.I initially met with Cameron, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very understanding of my safety concerns and aesthetic vision.He brought numerous areas to my attention and each one was taken care of in the project: one being the sidewalk that connected to my driveway was out of code. He reached out to the city to get permission to replace it. He noted several safety issues with the brick walkway leading up to the house, that was replaced last year.We discussed the buried downspout and he had that taken care of in moving it.They removed my handrail so that it would not get damaged.The office staff was extremely helpful to work with and was able to produce the necessary documentation needed for the HOA approval very promptly.Cameron was here at the start of the project to meet & review with Clayon the crew leader and his team, what the homeowner’s vision was for the project.They were here on time and each worked efficiently in their responsibilities, completed the project in one day, of replacing a driveway, redoing the walk area off the porch for a safer transition, caused by a sloped lot.They put rebar in that was not in the driveway previously, cleaned up when the job was complete. Neighbors were texting me how efficient the crew was and how they loved my new driveway, which I totally agreed with.Resulting in several going to use them to redo their driveways.Can’t say enough good things about Clayton, his team and Cameron. It’s nice to find a company that takes pride in their work to assure their customers are totally satisfied.Thank you so much for finally making a major improvement to my home !
Our experience with S & S Concrete was totally amazing. Our sales person, Cameron was very professional, respectful to our needs, and assured us any concerns would be taken care.He had great things to say about the company he works for and his boss.The office staff was awesome and very informative and spot on with all communication.The install guys showed up and crew leader Herman was totally awesome as well. Very nice and took care of every detail. There was no stone unturned, pressure washed parking lot, seeded and strawed any concerned areas. Tom and other crew members were great.The concrete was perfect. We will for sure be calling these guys back and have already referred them to 2 other contractors.Great people to work with
