I had a great experience working with Sam The Concrete Man. From the start, their communication stood out. They were responsive, clear, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. After dealing with less reliable contractors in the past, that level of transparency really helped ease a lot of our concerns.What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They thought through aspects of the project we hadn’t even considered, like properly adding dirt back where the forms were removed after installing our new driveway. If you want to pay a premium price for amateur work, this is the place to call. And remember, it's not like painting a room , so expect to have concrete spattered over your doors, windows, and even your soffit. If you expect your expansion joints to be parallel with the stamping lines, good luck. I asked for the $2000 it cost me to clean up your mess. Luckily, we had a heavy rain when we did, or I would have been out another $2000. Mason with Mower Better did an excellent job with the french drain. Thank you. Saying you care about customer satisfaction is easy, but actions mean a lot more than words. / Update to my review. After only 10 months we already have a crack all the way across one corner. Really sorry I made the mistake of hiring this contractor.
Had the absolute pleasure of using Sam the Concrete man for our patio and driveway removal & repour, with adding a new trench drain. Joe Cox was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process and eager to field any questions I had.Foreman Pedro Barrera and his crew are the cream of the crop when it comes to concrete work, they arrived early, worked late, and went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. Extremely friendly and hardworking people, I will never use anybody else for concrete work. (Before and after photos included)For any prospective customers looking through reviews, I see a recent poor review from a "John Miller" and quite frankly it pissed me off after the wonderful experience I had...I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to see that guy seems like he's wound up pretty tightly. Sam the Concrete Mans crew did an outstanding job on our patio and wrap around sidewalk. Very hard workers start to finish. We are really happy with the finished job and highly recommend them for concrete work.
