Andy and his team were absolutely great to work with! I initially hired Andy for some cement work with a pretty tight deadline. Not only was he extremely flexible and accommodating with his schedule, but when I asked last-minute about building my shed, too, within the same timeframe, he accommodated me further and made it happen.Andy was always on time and incredibly prompt with his replies. His communication was fantastic—I always knew exactly when the team was arriving or leaving. On top of being highly professional, he was polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have on-site. Andy and his crew were fantastic. We had a big patio and outdoor walkway project that Andy did for us and we couldn't be happier with the final product. He was very thorough in helping us decide the layout and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Andy and his crew were able to get our patio done ahead of schedule and his pricing was very fair. Solid communicator and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the project. Highly recommend!
We used them on our mother in laws rental. One business we got a quote from quoted us as needing 27000 dollars worth of foundation posts. That would only fix one wall. Found out later the guy never even went in the crawlspace. Luckily for us we called Andy for a second opinion. He went in the crawlspace and found no cracks. Some settling but not enough to require foundation posts. They ended up improving the slope on the perimeter foundation to get get water flowing away from the foundation and crawlspace. Also, did a beautiful job on the concrete they replaced. I would 100 percent recommend this business! Thank you for doing an amazing job!
We worked with Andy to re-pour our sinking concrete slab to level out the floor and create proper drainage. He and his crew also helped us refine the floor plan to better fit our needs and finish the laundry and bathroom. They completed everything to our satisfaction, and went above and beyond to offer excellent service and thorough explanations from start to finish. We are happy with the remodel but it took a bit longer than we had anticipated. Still, we love it!
I had contacted Andy for an estimate on a oversized cement pad for a future hot tub. From the beginning Andy was very kind and responsive to requests. When I asked his advice he kindly gave it. Even when it was unrelated to his project. His communication was great and he was able to accommodate us right away. He was there when his crew arrived and continued to monitor the progress throughout the day, also helping himself. The crew was professional and hardworking. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. Thank you Andy, we love our new outdoor space.
