I had my driveway done 7+ years ago and it still looks amazing and no cracks. It's a tricky driveway with a slope, a dip before the garage to prevent water intrusion and major tree roots. Plus it was great to work with them and everyone on the crew was super nice during the project. Highly recommend and my friends and clients are happy too since I'm always sharing their info.
Here are before and after pics of our driveway/stoop/patio. This company was very prompt with getting an estimate to us and scheduling and finishing the work. They were a pleasure to work with!
Sean and Dan were great to work with. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand everything, every step of the way. They answered our many questions with thorough answers so we knew exactly what to expect. Our driveway and front stoop were in very rough shape and was causing a safety issue for those coming up to our door. Very fair pricing and our driveway, walkway, and stoop looks great. Would definitely recommend.
We hired D&M to demolish our old asphalt driveway/apron and replace it with concrete - as well as widen it and add a parking pad next to our garage. They also replaced the leading edge of our garage slab, which had been eroded away from years of salt (and poorly patched previously). When they arrived the morning of demo day, we discovered that the house wasn't square to the street and that the original plan was going to showcase that. The foreman, VP, and myself all settled on a change of plan and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We finally got to park on it today! They were very responsive with all communication, gladly answered all the questions we had, and did excellent work. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.
D & M did a wonderful job installing a new concrete patio, sidewalk and garage slab! After living here for many years with a home-made uneven limestone walk, I still have to pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming. With the house being lower than the garage, water drainage was a key issue for me. When doing the pre-work walk-thru with Sean, Dan, and the crew they listened to my concerns and worked with me to come up with the best solution that "I" would be satisfied with.Although this had to be delayed due to the early wet Fall, they did a great job keeping me informed. Very concerned about getting me the best finished product, which I appreciated. The crew and sub contractors worked hard, but were able to share a laugh between themselves now and then. A good sign of happy workers. From adding some rain pitch to the driveway slab, I was able to have them spread the excess on the gravel driveway. A nice bonus!I'm doing the remaining landscaping myself later this Fall, but I'm already using the patio every dry day for coffee and reading the morning paper and working remotely (yet). Attached are some pics.
