When trying to find the right company to do concrete and quality work at the right price it can be a nightmare. Luckily a business owner I know down in Hampton recommended I use 5th gen. The owner Mike was great and very knowledgeable and made this whole process easier. The crew he had come in did amazing work, I couldn't have asked for a better company to get the job done. I strongly suggest if you want quality work done right give 5th gen a call and ask for Mike.
Mike and his crew came out to our business to pour a large concrete pad for washing vehicles and to fix an existing pad that was at the entrance of our shop. They did great work and it came out better than we could have hoped. I would recommend Mike and 5th Gen to anyone looking for any type of concrete or masonry work.
I hired Fifth Gen to add two pads to my garage for a car lift. I was concerned that nobody would want the job since it's a small one, but they handled it quickly and professionally, and never made it feel like it was less important than their larger projects. They even went so far as to review the specs from the lift manufacturer to make sure everything was correct. The crew worked really hard, and everything went perfectly.
Extremely happy with my experience. I needed work done to my foundation after finding damage when the patio was taken out. I needed someone ASAP. They actually answered the phone, kept me updated about when they could come. They came two days later and finished the job the same day. Not one text message went unanswered. Communication is huge for me and these guys were great in that department. They did an amazing job on my foundation. Cleaned up so well it was like they were never there. These guys will be my first call if I need concrete work again and my first recommendation to anyone in need of their services.
Disappointed with this organization and what the offered me. I would venture to say lackluster service all around. They were so charming when they first interacted with me to get the job, but once the operation began I saw their true colors. They were rude, tardy, and to make matters worst my foundation is CRACKED!
