I was very impressed With the customer service and time that was taken to call a few people to make sure I was given the correct product.Many times when you walk into a large contractor supply shop you get brushed off for not having an account or knowing what exact product to purchase. I showed up needing help with a stucco paint project and was given a few options and examples of textures. The textured paint I was advised to use greatly exceeded our expectations. The willingness to help and the friendly staff was awesome. I really appreciated the advice and help. This type of customer service is not common these days.ThanksScott

I visited this distribution center for the first time on Oct 17, 2020. I was glad to finally get the specialized product I had been looking for. I found the courtesy and efficiency of customer service outstanding, especially given the fact that I am a very small customer. I thank Peter and Alihan for their professional advise and care and therefore making this a very pleasant experience. Even though this was an 800+ km round trip, it was well worth it and I certainly plan to return one day if the need arises again. You guys really strive to help your customers!

This is not the end of the story My Friends. after 20 minutes the guy pulled the order from the wrong Warehouse so no longer I don't have my order on time .now I have to drive all the way to the older Warehouse to get my order.
