X&H did an amazing job. We took possession of our townhome in January and immediately handed the keys to X&H. Our main point of contact was Monica — she was our designer and project coordinator and is excellent at her job. The team started on time and worked steadily until the house was finished. All the tradespeople were skilled, meticulous, and professional.It was a full renovation of every room: walls were moved, a wood-burning fireplace was removed, three bathrooms were fully gutted and renovated, the kitchen was completely redone, stucco ceilings were removed on three floors, a walk-in closet was built, and new hardwood flooring was installed throughout. The interior is beautiful.The original quote was very reasonable. As we refined our plans, the additional charges were explained and also reasonable. We recommended X&H to our friends, who hired them as well. We've heard many renovation horror stories, but we can't relate — X&H did a great job and finished everything in 10 weeks. Thank you.

Hired X & H Construction thru Ronas installation services because of their very competitive and fair pricing, which included a $2000 discount. The work performed was to create a powder room in a bedroom, remove old copper piping to be replaced by PVC and to replace a mouldy ceiling in another bathroom. The work was completed in 3 days and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. There was a lot of messages going back and forth as we had plenty of questions but Carrie Who is the project coordinator was very helpful every step of the way. All in all, we are very pleased with how the powder room looks and operates. Their team was very professional and courteous. Would absolutely hire them again for future porjects! Great work X&H team!
