Another customer says a stone repair on a cracked step exceeded expectations, though the new stone's texture differed from the original.

The whole experience, from discussing ideas with Marcos and Joe, all the way to the finished projects, was low stress and flawless. We needed to replace an old run down (and dangerous) flagstone walkway. Also we wanted to have a new multi-purpose sitting area built in the backyard (see before and after photos). Also we needed to have brick and mortar repairs done on our home. The team of skilled craftsmen, who are all employees of the company, were very professional, efficient, experienced, and their work is very high quality. I highly recommend Marcos and his company Professional Brick & Stone Works. I have other projects in mind, and will definitely use their services in the future.

I am so unbelievably pleased with my PB&SW experience. I hired the team to do a paver walkway in my backyard. It started when I drove by a home they had done a beautiful retaining wall on and immediately called the number on the sign out front. (So if they ask to put a sign out front, LET THEM!) Marcos came to give me an estimate that same week and truly could not have been nicer or more professional. Barring some weather challenges, the team did the most incredible and efficient job. I gave them design autonomy with the supplies I had and what they came up with was infinitely better than anything I could have thought up. The team were very kind, worked very quickly, cleaned up my whole yard, all while doing artisan level execution. I’m already looking around my yard for what I can hire them to do next!

Up front - Outstanding!!! I had one of 3 stone steps on my waterfall feature that cracked from the recent freeze. My expectation was that any replacement would be of a different color, shape and quality from the original stone; close enough was my expectation. What they delivered was much better than expected - only the texture of the stone was different as my old stone had acid wash damage to the surface and the new stone was smooth. Workmanship? That is the outstanding piece. Price? Perfect - what I thought the work would cost which is a rarity. Altogether, you won't find a better company to fix stone or brick than what Marcos has established or a better crew than what Joe brings to the job.

Professional Brick & Stone Works did an incredible job for us. Fair pricing and very communicative! We had new front steps and walk way poured. I highly recommend them!

This year, we encountered several issues with our 50-year-old pool that necessitated repairs. Tiles began to detach from the pool’s sides, and the hollow sound produced by tapping on adjacent tiles indicated the need for a renovation. Seeking a reputable contractor, we contacted a local firm but were met with excessive pricing. Through research, we then discovered Professional Brick and Stone on our neighborhood app, which had received positive reviews. We scheduled an estimate with Professional Brick and Stone Works, and Joe visited our property to assess the situation. The pricing offered by Professional Brick and Stone Works was satisfactory. We spent the month of December having the tiles replaced and new plaster mixed with stone. A local stone and tile company, Nobel Tile, was utilized, allowing us to inspect the tiles and plaster up close and take samples for our home. The final outcome was remarkable. Joe was highly collaborative and responsive throughout the process. The pricing was fair, the work was exceptional, and the customer service was impeccable. We are immensely satisfied with the results.
