Rose Masonry did a great job repairing and rebuilding a portion of my mid-century chimney which had sustained water damage over 65 years. They also were sure to match the mortar color which takes time. Very detail oriented.
Stephen provides EXCELLENT customer service. He's very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, reasonable, pleasant, appreciative, thankful, respectful, honest, trustworthy, and enjoyable to communicate and work with. He genuinely wants to complete a great job and satisfy his customers as much as possible.I saw the other review stating that Stephen doesn't respond. In my experience, I did notice I had to contact him a couple times, but he acknowledged and apologized. It was obvious it wasn't intentional, and he has no concern (and even appreciates) if you ping him again if needed.
Steve and his crew were simply phenomenal artists. We had a tight timeline and complex project both inside and out. Not only did the Rose Masonry crew shine but their true artistry will be on display for the life of our home. Job well done! Very few in this valley have the skill of this team.
