Brad helped me through the whole process. I had scheduled them for 10:30 and they showed up around 11. The driver had a tight squeeze into my yard, but was able to get the job done. I like that they're open to random diy people who can't wait, or afford the other people who only want to handle the "big jobs" around here. Super easy to work with. Will use them again if I need to.
Buyer Beware...We got a new concrete pad put in the backyard a few weeks ago. The broom finish is already breaking out. I have gotten no response from Brad to come look at it. Very disappointed.
Outstanding service, great price, and quality work. Brad did the estimate himself and was very straight forward what they would do, how they would do it, and when they would be able to do it. I had some very specific requests and he delivered on all of them. My extended patio and driveway extension look great!
The owner, Brad McWilliams, is a straight-talker, very knowledgeable, very professional & a really great guy. The patio at my residence was basically unsalvageable with several cracks running through it. Brad quoted a more than reasonable price to completely remove the cracked patio & then pour a new patio (that included reinforced concrete). I talked with the crew as they worked - great guys; they were very hard workers and they knew exactly what they were doing. Can't say enough good things about Concrete, Now!
Brad is a rare breed in customer service. He checked out a house I am buying to investigate my concerns and called me to walk through what he is seeing along with recommendations.
