We rarely do reviews, but our experience with MapleState Construction warranted feedback.Our new-build home (2019) has been decent, but there have been a handful of things that were noticeably poorly done or low quality. The response from the builder has been underwhelming to say the least, so out of frustration, we have had to resort to out-of-pocket solutions.In this case, the surface of our front porch started spalling and looking terrible after the last couple of winters. By our own choice, we also decided to replace the railings.We reached out to MapleState, who provided a reasonable quote for both jobs. Josh was clear about the timeline, based on their busy-season, but when the time came, he and Rick did a great job getting the porch resurfaced and the new railings installed.The most important part was that the concrete for the resurfaced portion did not cure consistently and appeared to have two different shades. Understandably, Josh asked that we give it some time to see if there might be some moisture that would continue to come out and fix the discoloration, but when that did not work, he immediately offered up a solution that worked out perfectly.They were flexible about payment and ensured that we were happy with their work before collecting it.If we ever need this type of work done in the future for a different area around our house, they will be the only company we call.Thanks again Josh and Rick!
I’d like to share my experience with Josh and Rick who professionally installed my front porch glass railings. Both Josh and Rick did an amazing job right from start to finish. My family and I are so happy how our new railings turned out !!they look beautiful and were professionally installed with fine detail by Josh and Rick. They worked right in to the night up until 10:30 PM to finish. Words cannot describe the professionalism that these two showed us during install right up to the final product!! I recommend them to anyone needing their quality work!!. We had Maplestate install aluminum railings and support post at the front of our home. They were professional right from the start. Good to listen to what you wanted and had product samples to show you on the spot.They were polite, respectful and did not talk down to you.Their work was excellent and they also cleaned and tidied up once the work was finished. I would highly recommend them.
