Very disappointing and unprofessional.We worked with Scott since 2024 and waited nearly two years while they kept delaying our project. They asked us to get a new structural engineer report—which we already had done before—so we spent more time and money based on their request.We were told pricing would stay similar, but the quote increased significantly. Then, after all the delays, they suddenly said they are no longer taking our project.After making a customer wait for two years, this is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you don’t want wasted time, extra costs, and frustration.
