We just started our second project with Mill City Concrete. Terrific company and crew! We highly recommend them. We had our LONG front stairs and all flat concrete work around our house done a couple of years ago. We've asked them back to replace our existing, rotting wood deck with about a 400 square foot concrete patio. Tim and Kris are the owners and they are great to work with. The demo and prep crew, Dustin and Garrett, are top-notch and great communicators. So much of the success of an install depends on good preparation and layout. The Marcus, Tim and crew do a great job of forming, pouring, and finishing. We have a 103 year old house and we highly recommend paying extra for the antique finishing that blends in with the property and is nice to walk on. Good company, reasonable prices, experienced crew.
We hired Mill City Concrete for a large backyard project that included new steps, redoing/expanding our existing patio, and replacing the walkway to garage. Their price was very competitive with other estimates that we received. Tim and his crew did an outstanding job!! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. The crew worked efficiently and left no mess throughout the project or at the end. We have gotten so many compliments on the finished work!! The communication from Tim and Kris throughout the project was excellent! We will definitely be recommending them to everyone and would use them again for any future projects.
We recently had Mill City complete a large project of two sets of front steps, sidewalks, pavers, brickwork, and partial driveway replacement. What we had in place had deteriorated beyond repair.Tim, the owner, has a good eye for design, enjoys planning and problem-solving, and was very collaborative in working with us to come up with a plan that reflected the original elements. He is low-key and fun to work with. There were a lot of moving parts to our project and everything was well-coordinated with a good flow.Tim and his crew showed up early every morning for three weeks. They were hardworking, skillful, respectful, worked well together, were attentive to detail, took pride in their work, and were easy to interact with. It's a compliment to them that we can say we miss having them around.The project was finished in the time that Tim projected and we are very pleased with their work. We know that Tim will follow-up with any questions we might have in the future and will back up his work.

Tim and his crew were great! The project moved along on time, we feel the planning and the movement of the walk is fitting for our house! We had a couple other choices for this project, and I know we would not have this result had we gone with either of them. Highly recommend!
