Don’t know where all the 5 star ratings are coming from.. we’ve had horrible experiences with mutual materials Missoula.The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when we were ordering blocks. Our delivery was delayed and then really hard to manage. And the blocks that were delivered were different than what we ordered. No help or solutions from the mutual materials staff to help remedy delivery or product issues.If we could get a refund, we would. I would suggest you find another masonry supplier.
This is the second time I purchased goods from Mutual Materials, they have been great every time. Troy helped us today, although only being an employee for two months he was awesome, took care of us showed us all the product, loaded it up quickly And got us on the way, just a fantastic experience. ??????????

Never returns calls, no progress with order placed. Then blamed me for not picking up material. How can I if you don't call. Didnt even come out to my car during pandemic. I was the only car in the lot for 45 min. Never, never never will I do business will I John again.
I came on a Saturday to pick up stone 10 before they closed. There was a mix up in translation for my order. They were more than happy to change my order a few minutes after they were ready to close. Great knowledge and customer service. I would recommend to anyone.
