Said, "I prefer morning appointments but am willing to be flexible. Let me know." Provided my email address and home phone number. Received a confirmation on the website that my message went through: "Thank you for your message. It has been sent." Saved a screenshot as proof of all this.It's now 4/13/26, and I've received no response whatsoever from Brick House. And to think this company was personally recommended to me by another tradesman. Seems like a counterproductive way to do business.
Sergio and his crew are amazing! I love our new walkway and concrete slab they installed. The Brick House Masonry and Concrete Designs crew is fast and very professional! Our job was even moved up sooner than scheduled, and the end result exceeded our expectations!
We met with Sergio he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable we were not sure of what type of stone that we wanted to use. he met us at a design center and helped pick out the stone for the fireplaceSergio and his crew did a great job preparing their work area. And The results of their hard work is an amazing fireplace they did an outstanding job. Now our fireplace is the focal point in our home it turned out amazingly well. We would highly recommend Brick House Masonry and concrete designs to everybody that wants very professional work done. One thing we know for sure is that if we need more work done we will call Sergio and his professional crew
Brick House Masonry and Concrete Designs did an outstanding job creating a raised porch with brick pavers under the archway of our front door. Sergio came out and explained the whole design process and included creative details as well. His crew was very knowledgeable, efficient, and precise in skilled craftsmanship. They were also very neat in setting and cleaning up. Sergio and his crew were very friendly, respectful and courteous in all aspects of the work performed.Our finished porch is truly beautiful and functional! Sergio and his crew integrated the design to match our existing brick work for a great front entrance to our home. We are extremely pleased with the final product!I highly recommend Brick House Masonry and Concrete Designs for their high quality craftsmanship in masonry installation and design.
I talked to Sergio about doing dry stack Veneer stone in the front of my house and Sergio suggested that I do stone work over door entry of my house the way Sergio designed it is gorgeous! And It took him a day and a half to complete the job.I met with other masons when planning my project but Sergio at Brickhouse was the only one with vision and enthusiasm for designing & creating as opposed to just doing 'cookie-cutter' projects. I knew Brickhouse Masonry was the right choice for me.The Brickhouse crew is highly skilled, professional, efficient and courteous. They showed great attention to detail and kept a very clean worksite. I couldn't have been happier with every aspect of working with Sergio and his team at Brickhouse Masonry & Design.
