These guys are great. Everything you could want in a masonry company. Professional, courteous, caring, hard working, talented artisans who take great pride in their work. Our 3 story building was built in 1912 and had to be restored to the precise look of the original. They demonstrated great teamwork, attention to detail. Prompt and efficient. Responsive and communicative. They removed bulges in the top third, and rebuilt it to original specs replicating challenging details. Repointed and anchored the full three stories.Took great care of the property and landscaping.and cleaned up thoroughly, both durijng and afterward. I couldn't imagine finding a better team. A great experience from beginning to end! Excellent work, by friendly, efficient, helpful team. Thorough: found a problem that we had not seen and proposed a solid solution to stabilize the affected bricks. Honest: we were told flat out that one fairly costly part of our proposed facade repair project was a waste of money, which did not need to be done, at all. Reliable: it snowed, it was cold, they came anyway and held to their estimate even if things were more complicated. I would call this company again without hesitation.
Gabriel recently completed repairs to the façade of our three-storey condo building in Montreal. Our brick had a couple of cracks and two small bulges where the brick had started to come away from the building (built in 1930). When he came to appraise the job, he said, "Your brick is actually in good shape; you need some repairs but you don't need the entire wall re-done." The solution he proposed was excellent, stable, long-term and cost about one-third of the other proposals we'd received. I found him fair, honest and easy to deal with. He got back to me straight away whenever I had any questions and was generally very easy to deal with. He and his team were also super professional, courteous and competent. We're all extremely pleased with the results.
