I have been wanting to leave a review for years now, but always forget because I never leave a review for anyone. When we hired Osman, I thought we were getting a honest person. He did not even do our concrete. He hired his own guys and he wasn’t there. They left cement residue all the over the sides of our house and brick wall. He said once his guys were done he was going to fix this area where it floods because the concrete wasn’t leveled right, so when it rains the water just sits there and a giant puddle forms. My parents have had their concrete going on over 30 years and not once has it chipped or cracked and they live in the same city as us. He said he used 3,000 proof cement and our cement is chipping with big chunks EVERYWHERE. I ended up going through someone else to do our stairs and mulcerb and not one piece has chipped or cracked and we barely paid anything. We are very disappointed in our backyard and I recommend never going through Osman.
