Francisco and his team built our concrete stem wall foundation on Decatur Island - a non-ferry serviced island in the San Juans. Despite the challenging logistics, his price was fair and he completed the job on time and on budget. Easy to work with and nice guy.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was in the middle of doing the foundation for an addition to my house when I was in a car accident and couldn't finish. Francisco did an amazing job coming over and picking up the pieces and finishing the rest of the build for me. He was reasonable, honest, down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and was always willing to work with me to stay within our budget. You can tell he is more interested in doing the job right, efficiently, and to the customers' specifications than just getting paid. He's not going to sell you something you don't need or make a problem bigger than it actually is. Just a straight up stand up guy. We are building a house on an island and found FL Construction online. After talking with Francisco we determined he was the guy for the job. His pricing was reasonable. Francisco is very knowledgeable and a make it happen kind of guy. He made suggestions on areas where we could save money. He communicated with our other contractors to ensure that the job was being done correctly for a smooth progression of the project. Francisco has a genuine concern for doing the job well. Our job site was challenging and was not prepped properly by our excavator. Francisco didn't let it phase him and did what was needed to make it right. The team worked well together and accomplished a lot in a short period of time. Francisco is dependable and honest and does quality work. We hope to work with him on other aspects our our project.
