I don’t usually write a public review to be honest but I feel like this company (Twelve Stones) deserves to be known in case someone else is in our shoes and in need of concrete work.Here is the backstory in order for you to understand what we went through BEFORE we found Jym. We’ve been in search of someone to do our concrete work (250 sq. ft indoor concrete poured in) since mid-February. After being stood up multiple times by a couple of contractors, we decided to go with a highly recommended local company that does concrete work. After all, since so many people were raving about this company on the local FB page, it must be good, we thought. Long story short, they never showed up to do the job. So 2 months later, we were back to square one, finding a reliable concrete guy.I am SO happy we gave Jym a call. He showed up last week to give us a quote and communicated with us exactly when to expect him. Yesterday he confirmed that he’ll be coming in this morning and he showed up promptly on time as promised (7:15 am) and did an amazing job. He honestly restored our faith in contractors because up until last week we were not sure we could get someone to actually show up when they said they’ll show up and do a good job on the work.Everything from the time we met Jym for a quote to finishing the job was very smooth and professional. In person Jym is very personable and nice. He took his time explaining everything and answered our questions and even went out of his way to help us choose the flooring etc for our project. We will definitely call him up again for future projects and recommend him to all of our families and friends who need concrete work done. Honest and reliable local companies like this one need to be recognized in my opinion and I hope I’ve done my share in spreading awareness. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Jym!!!
We had a small project 350 sq ft. Jym came to quote it on the same day he lost his father. How’s that for customer service. His team was great, they were meticulous and loved what they do. And he came in almost a grand under what the original estimate was. To top that off my new stamped concrete patio looks amazing. When you meet Jym you’ll know why his customers love the guy. Jym bbqs this summer dude.
