Great costumer service from the people working inside and outside and very knowledgeable too. Great prices! Bought over 200 of their black fire bricks for a fireplace we're building. This place is also one of the very few places that sells refactory mortar. Lowe's or HD does not sell refactory mortar.
We had a great experience. We had a fairly small purchase but found everyone helpful and friendly. The guys in the yard stopped their forklifts to ask if we needed help. The service at the counter was great and we got help loading product. We felt prices were competitive. We will recommend RCP and be back.
