The front of our house was in dire need of landscaping TLC. The lawn sloped down to the driveway, with a number of bare patches and erosion.Before we began gardening, we knew that area had to be reinforced with a retaining wall and it seemed incredibly daunting to attempt to do that job on our own.We are SO happy we turned to Aaron and his crew. Quite aside from the fact that we did not have a backhoe and all the other necessary equipment, we certainly lacked the strength to dig a 30-ft. trench, level out the footing, add stones and lift two courses of Allan block ( 80 lbs. each). Don't even think about doing this on your own.And the expertise! Aaron and his crew, Elijah and Jarod, were professional, friendly, hard-working and diligent. They worked steadily for hours and finished the wall in one day; painstakingly setting the blocks and measuring for a beautiful, polished result.We could not be happier with our new wall, and definitely recommend Sub Stone Contracting whole-heartedly.
