My daughter and son in law got a quote and a date to begin work. The day they were supposed to start, my daughter called and was told that A-1 got another job paying more money and would not be doing my daughter’s job at all. Very unfortunate because they had high hopes in this company.
Unfortunately we have to give this business 0 stars. He was incredibly unprofessional. He agreed to do a job for us then two weeks later (the day before he was supposed to be out there) we tried to confirm with him and the next day he told us he found a better job and will no longer be doing ours because the number he quoted us would not make him as much profit. We are Very disappointed, we are now in a huge time constraint because we were depending on him doing this. We called to try to get things worked out, there was no resolution. While on the call my husband asked how much we could pay him to make it worth it for him to still come out and get it done, all he responded is that he just will not be doing it for us. I would NOT recommend this business.
A+ Masonry has been working on our back yard Hardscape project and has exceeded my expectations. Kris is a very knowledgeable Mason and has provided exceptional service. I appreciate that he builds his business one project at time and focuses until completion. If you are looking for a quality hometown business to work on your home improvement project, I highly recommend Kris and his team. He is worth the wait.
