I had the pleasure of having Luis and his crew to create a footing, new sill plate and pour a new slab for my detached garage while lifting my garage on 8 lift points. I have an older home, and my garage was placed on the ground without a footing, or real foundation. I contacted 7-8 other contractors and masonry contractors. They either did not call me back, or didn’t give me a number when looking at the job.

When I contacted Luis on his website he responded within an hour, and came out the same day. He started working after a week, and his price was more than fair. He told me when he started the job it would take 4 days, not that I was rushing him. Him and his crew were very professional, and cleaned up after each day. They were respectful of my home, and my neighbors. They were also very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. After day 4 they were complete, and I couldn’t be happier knowing my garage’s foundation is complete. Don’t hesitate to contact for any masonry needs. I would highly recommend Luis and his crew to anyone in this area! I appreciate having their professionalism, knowledge and hard work to get my garage in better shape.

I used Guaman Masonary about 5 years ago to build a retaining wall and patio for me. The job was immaculate. We decided to expand the patio this year, and it was a no-brainer to call Luis again. He came out and gave us an estimate, and within 24 hours, we had a new 21×22 ft patio. They arrived on time, completed the work in less than 8 hours, and my property was left as clean as I gave it to them. They are licensed , insured, and addordable.

November 2023 Update: Luis and team has done it again. They did a great job with re-asphalting my driveway, repointing my Belgian blocks, installing a new wall along my driveway and installing beautiful bluestone slabs along my staircase.
