Max Construction did an excellent job. They did everything they said they would. They were hard working and polite. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to all my friends
I’m not sure where to even start but if you value your home and your money and time I recommend not using this guy. After $16,000 cash for a project I never ever experienced someone that has no care in the world as to how things should be properly done he almost buried my grounding wire without connecting it back and said it was ok in a massive inground pool he left the work not completed he left a mess at my home he was suppose to do work as per contract but he said he only signed it to take the project but he didn’t charge for this work such as the light and sealing around my pool if you took out the old seal and putting in pavers I’m sure it’s his job to reseal it as indicated in the contract I did pay him and held $1k back but this work will cost me about $3,000 to finish. If I did not work with this man daily and watch him I would have had to redo all the work basically. After the pavers were laid down there was no proper slop and the work had to be redone on the contract geotexitle must be installed he didn’t do it. If he comes and say this is a fake review I will edit this review and upload the contract. The cement around garage already cracked after a week. Very poor workmanship this is how he placed the sika without any proper method of protecting the coping and NEW BORDER. Very unprofessional then he refused to leave my house and I had him remove him by law enforcement and I did pay him the next day and only held a $1,000 and it was a mistake to hold very little for all this work left but court is around the corner.
I had a great experience with having masonry contractor do an excellent job on a couple projects. It was great experience working with Jose.I would recommend Jose and masonry contractor to anyone who is looking for a reliable, affordable and professional contractor to do any of their residential projects and repairs.I will definitely be working with them on my future plans and projects
I contacted Max construction to build a patio for my parents about 330 square feet and the outcome was excellent. Jose and his team did an amazing job. Communication was consistent and the job was completed in under a week. It turned out exactly how I envisioned it. Will definitely reach out again for future projects
